I have had this for a few years now. It still works great! No battery change needed yet and I use it all the time. I wash it in water when necessary and it is fine. It really is waterproof. I always wash it off and close it so it turns off to save the battery. Still love it and would buy another if this one ever dies. Accurate temp checker, easy to read and magnetic so it sticks right to the fridge next to the stove. Does celsius and farenheit.
I love the magnet in order to put in up instead of in a drawer. Very accurate and so easy to use.
What a quality product for the price!!! It’s excellent and accurate. Display very easy to read, will change temp immediately from one piece of meat to the next immediately no waiting, super easy to use and clean is a breeze. Definitely much better than I was really expecting and a quality built product and the price you can’t beat!! Will buy a few for gifts as well, my daughter works in food service and says she has seen nothing better!

The instant read thermometer works great. It’s turns on as soon as you pull the thermometer out. It’s the best meat thermometer I’ve ever used.
Super easy to use just flip open and use probe. Reads accurately and almost immediately. Also, if you want to know the temperature where you are instantly, inside or outside, just flip open and the current temperature is immediately displayed. Easy to read screem also; nice big clear numbers.
This seems to be well made and works great so far. If is easy to use. It comes on when you unfold the probe and turns off when you fold the probe in. It is easy to read and is easy to clean. I like the magnetic feature that allows you to keep it handy on the fridge or stove.

This little appliance is an excellent help in the kitchen for me as a man , since I've become "the cook" in our "getting older" household.
