I have really enjoyed this product since my purchase in January of 2025, and I've used it so much with my Traeger pellet grill since then. This past weekend, the probe suddenly quit connecting to the base. After multiple resets, I called customer service. I had no wait time to speak to a live agent, and he immediately took my name and shipping address after verifying my Amazon order number. They are shipping me a brand new product even though I made this purchase 18 months ago. This is shockingly good customer service--especially compared to my experience with MEATER. Just unbelievable to get service like this in 2026. Bravo.

Rarely felt so strongly about a need to review this product. The setup was so easy pairing it with my phone and then actually using it to make the juiciest chicken I've ever made- not at all a grill master but this little device makes me believe I could become one. I highly recommend this product!!!

The temperature was very accurate and held very well clean very easily without discoloration held up to the whole 10 hour cook time without running down the only issue I had was that it did not reach the 600 feet range. It held up to maybe a good 70 foot range then it would disconnect other than that. It was fine.

This thermometer is wireless from the probe to the case and from the case to your phone (Android or iPhone) so it can be used with grilled or roasted items where wireless or wired would be appropriate, but can also be used with the rotisserie to determine whether the chicken is done. The probe measures both the internal temperature of the food and the ambient temperature in the grill or oven. Alarms can be set on the ambient temperature for both upper and lower temperature so if you run out of gas you'll know about it. The internal temperature goal can be set up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit and it will pretty faithfully predict the time it will take to get to temp. The probe recharges in the case and the case recharges with a USB-C cable.They provided a manual and quick reference card that are well written, which is a welcome difference these days. Unfortunately the manual and quick reference cards are about 1/16 inch too wide to be able to store them inside the case. I wish they had thought to provide a storage pocket for them...
