I had an issue with my ThermoPro 980 and I called customerservice and the replaced the unit. The customer service team did an excellent job. I have not had a chance to use it yet.
Haven’t yet to use it but I’m sure looking forward to see how good it does come this next summer of2026 I had done a lot of YouTubing and read a lot about this product and so far I impressed of what it can do so come this spring I will most definitely be writing another review about this product once I use it till then merry Christmas and a happy new year to all y’all out there that loves to bbq like me
