- 3 potatoes
- 1 1/2 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp chicken seasoning powder
- 2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped scallions

Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces. Place them in a pot with water and salt, then boil until tender.

Drain the potatoes and mash them with a masher or fork. Add chicken seasoning powder, chili flakes, and chopped scallions. Mix well.

Take a portion of mashed potato, flatten into a patty, place a piece of mozzarella inside, then seal and roll into a ball, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed.

Coat each potato ball in flour, dip in beaten egg, and roll in breadcrumbs until fully covered.

Heat oil to 320°F (160°C). Make sure you use a TempPro TP510 to monitor the temperature. Fry the potato balls over medium heat until golden brown. Remove and drain excess oil before serving.
