The probes have worked like a charm on several items I've cooked. I'm really happy with these.
This thermometer is easy to use, and can be left in the house if cooking on an outdoor grill. This is a quality product. I'm glad I bought it.One downside I have identified after several weeks of use.The probes charge in the base AND only charge when the base is turned on.The issue is, the base turns off automatically in 5 minutes, if the probes are in the base. As a result, they only charge for 5 minutes. This auto shutdown occurs even if the base is being charged.It would be far better if the base remained on while the probes are charging.

This item is great. I have a smoker and use it almost every weekend. You don't have to put up with the wired ones, which makes it a lot easier.
Unit was 11 months old. Battery stopped taking a charge. Contacted customer support at Thermopro. They shipped me a new one at no charge. Excellent company.
I’ve had this for 6 months and use it all the time. Charges up fast, hold charge for a long time, super easy to use. Easy to read in daylight, strong magnet will hold in any position, works much better than other brands I’ve used. And the value for this price is amazing.
I’m going to start with the cons because there are so few; you can’t set a custom number for your alarm, and the lowest temperature it goes to is 14° fahrenheit.Onto the pros; dishwasher safe, device battery lasts for weeks, rod batteries last about a day and a half, magnet and stand on back for ease of placement, wireless distance is long, and you can turn the alarm off with a button, charges with usb c, screen is easy to understand and needless to say i love these thermometers after trying several others.

First of all, this bad boy makes cooking bbq on a pellet grill as easy as drinking beer and watching TikTok. Seriously, how did the cave men do it. It’s rugged, the probes are water and fire proof and accurate. You get internal meat and external pit temps. To adjust. I lost a probe, called the American customer service number and a new one is on the one for free after 15 minutes. I use their other thermapens for indoor cooking. Great company, quality products. Highly recommend.
Love using this. Great range, easy to use and program, and holds a charge for a very long time. It does NOT connect to your phone, which I actually appreciate. This unit is also very accurate for reading the temps of your food and the ambient temps, at the same time.

Just what I was looking for. I’ve only used it twice, so I’ll update this after a couple more uses. No Bluetooth or WIFI but it has plenty of range. My only wish is, I wish I could adjust the temp outside of the presets.

Seems to work fine.on my third use I was smoking ribs. Once I move them to a covered foil pan though the range was limited to only 30 or 40 ft.Accuracy seems fine. To test I put in a water bath. All four temps were the same around 160°.4 month follow up. One of the probes is reading quite a bit lower than the others. These were all inside a pan that were in the fridge waiting to be stuck in the oven.I haven't tested this yet, but the website claims you can submerge them in a ddeep at fryer.
The temp on the black probe is off by 6 degrees high. They do read quickly though
