Edit: The company reached out and my thermometer was still under warranty so they very quickly sent me a new one. Really great customer service!I actually loved this thermometer while it worked; it was great. I took excellent care of it and was surprised when most of the numbers started looking distorted (only parts of the numbers were visible). I figured it needed a new battery but after spending money on buying a pack of button batteries, the same issue is happening. From the pic I posted, it’s supposed to say 73 degrees but looks like 13 since it only partially shows up. Super disappointed with this malfunction.
