  • 5 lbs lamb leg
  • 3 tbsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 3 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 4-5 sprigs rosemary. chopped

Preheat oven to 320°F.

Score the lamb leg surface. Add garlic powder, salt, ground black pepper, and rosemary. Marinate for 60 minutes.

To accurately monitor the internal temperature of the lamb, Insert the probes of a TempPro TP980-2 TempSpike Pro Wi-Fi Bluetooth 4-Probe Meat Thermometer. Set the target temperature to 165°F.

Place marinated leg on baking sheet and roast on middle rack.

Remove once the target temperature reaches 165°F. Carve and serve.
