  • 1 bag (approx. 12-16 oz) of raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb fresh baby spinach
  • 1 can (14-15 oz) premium tomato sauce or marinara
  • 1 carton (approx. 8 oz) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tub fresh mozzarella cheese pearls (or shredded mozzarella)
For the Spicy Garlic-Herb Chicken:
  • 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 fresh lemon juiced
For Seasoning Blend:
  • 1 tsp kosher salt & freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder (or cayenne for extra heat)
  • 1 tsp BBQ rub/powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
Instrucciones de la receta
1
Boil the Shrimp Shell Pasta: Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Drop in your package of shrimp shell pasta, stir immediately to prevent sticking, and set your TempPro TM01 Digital Kitchen Timer for 9 to 11 minutes according to the package instructions to achieve a perfect al dente texture. Once the timer alerts you, drain the pasta thoroughly in a colander, toss with a tiny splash of olive oil to keep the shells separated, and set them aside.
2
Stuff and Assemble the Shrimp Shell Pasta Layer by Layer: Set an oven-safe skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat on your stovetop with a splash of olive oil. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp, searing them for just 1 to 2 minutes per side until they turn beautifully pink and opaque, then immediately transfer them to a plate to prevent overcooking. Reduce the heat to low, pour the can of tomato sauce and the carton of heavy cream directly into the same skillet, and stir well to create a rich, pink sauce. Toss in the pound of fresh baby spinach, allowing it to wilt completely into the simmering cream sauce for about 2 minutes, then stir the seared shrimp and the cooked shell pasta back into the skillet until every single shell is beautifully coated. Top the entire skillet generously with the package of fresh mozzarella cheese pearls.
3
Prepare and Season the Chicken Breasts: While your pasta water is heating up, preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C) and grab your baking sheet. Place the two chicken breasts directly onto the pan and pat them completely dry with a paper towel. Instead of mixing everything in a separate bowl, save yourself a dishes-to-wash step by layering the ingredients directly onto the meat: sprinkle the salt, black pepper, chili powder, BBQ powder, garlic powder, dried parsley evenly over the top, and drizzle the teaspoon of water. Using your hands, rub and massage the mixture thoroughly into the chicken until every inch is completely coated in a thick, flavorful paste. Once beautifully seasoned, place the chicken breast in the pan, and use the brush to spoon the mayonnaise right on top of the chicken breasts, insert the leave-in probe of your TempPro TP972 Twin TempSpike Plus Wireless Meat Thermometer into the thickest part of the largest breast, and set your target internal temperature alert to 165°F (74°C). Use the brush of TempPro AGT700 6-pc BBQ Accessory Kit to lightly brush the chicken breasts with oil.
4

Final Oven Bake for Chicken and Pasta: Place both the baking sheet with the chicken and the oven-safe skillet containing the cheese-topped shrimp pasta side-by-side into your preheated 400°F oven. Let them bake simultaneously for roughly 10 minutes. Once it dings, carefully flip the chicken breasts over, and return them to the oven to finish baking until yourTempPro Twin TempSpike Plus alerts you that they’ve hit the safe internal temperature.

While the chicken is completing its final bake in the oven alongside the pasta, whisk together the chili sauce, mayonnaise, and fresh lemon juice in a small bowl until completely smooth and creamy. The moment your TempPro Twin TempSpike Plus reaches its target temperature at 165°F, use your oven mitts to pull the perfectly juicy chicken out of the oven. Immediately brush the creamy chili-mayo glaze generously over the hot chicken breasts, allow the meat to rest for 5 minutes to lock in the juices, and then slice it into thick strips to plate alongside your beautifully layered, cheesy tomato shrimp shells.
