Final Oven Bake for Chicken and Pasta: Place both the baking sheet with the chicken and the oven-safe skillet containing the cheese-topped shrimp pasta side-by-side into your preheated 400°F oven. Let them bake simultaneously for roughly 10 minutes. Once it dings, carefully flip the chicken breasts over, and return them to the oven to finish baking until yourTempPro Twin TempSpike Plus alerts you that they’ve hit the safe internal temperature.
While the chicken is completing its final bake in the oven alongside the pasta, whisk together the chili sauce, mayonnaise, and fresh lemon juice in a small bowl until completely smooth and creamy. The moment your TempPro Twin TempSpike Plus reaches its target temperature at 165°F, use your oven mitts to pull the perfectly juicy chicken out of the oven. Immediately brush the creamy chili-mayo glaze generously over the hot chicken breasts, allow the meat to rest for 5 minutes to lock in the juices, and then slice it into thick strips to plate alongside your beautifully layered, cheesy tomato shrimp shells.
