- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 Tbsp BBQ-style seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 eggs
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Thaw the ribeye steaks to room temperature. Marinate with 2 tbsp of olive oil and a dash of black pepper for 5 minutes.

Transfer the steaks to the grill. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 125°F (52°C) for medium rare. Use a TempPro Lightning One-Second Instant-Read Thermometer to make sure the temperature is right. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Heat a skillet, use the fat and oil from the steak to fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
