Not only does the probe work better than advertised, but the customer service is far superior to any that I’ve ever dealt with. One of my probes would not hold a charge. I called ThermoPro they sent me a new probe no questions asked. After receiving it the new probe would not sync. I called to have them walk me through the process. It still wouldn’t sync so they sent me a whole new unit. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Update customer service finally sent me a new product and it works awesome. Very similar product but this works stated. But I did want to change my review stars because great customer service provided.Was 1 star.This has been a frustrating product that I can never get to work when I want to. There are connection errors. I have talked to customer service which was ok service(wouldn’t call but would email back) and they sent me a spike to try to fix it but I had my doubts and i think it is the base that is messed up, it never stays connected and I can’t ever tell what if it charged as it always says it i full charged. I would not recommend buying this specific product. (I have a different product from them and it works great!)

Love the thermometers once you get them clean, however cleaning all the sticky glue from the labels wrapped around them to remind you how far to stick the thermometer into the meat was absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary.

First time using the product and I grilled the perfect steak!!!

Got it as a Christmas present. Got to use it once so far and I have to say I'm impressed. It works flawless. I was a little surprised when the screen didn't turn off when the thermometers were plugged back in. Turns out the thermometer has to recharge before it fully turns off. Cook time once it reached below 5 min was quite accurate.

Love this product super simple to use. Really accurate I was able to get reading any where in my house. Like I mean amazing range. Had other wireless thermometer this one is worth the money. Build good easily to clean.

I had a issue with my spikes after my Amazon return date. I had used in my BBQ and unfortunately had damaged the probe ends. I Contacted the company and they were very nice. They offered me a replacement that i received in one day.

I love that the ThermoPro Tempspike wireless thermometers are wireless and rechargeable. They are designed to provide dual temperatures of both the cooking chamber temperature as well as the internal temperature of the item being cooked. There are two probes allowing you to monitor two different items or two positions in a large item like a ham or turkey.The case has a digital display to monitor the temperatures of the two dual probes.The probes charge automatically when you return them to the case for storage. Periodically, you need to plug the case into a USB charger to recharge the battery.I have used the probes for a few cooks on my wood pellet grill. They seem to work well. I have not needed to recharge the case yet.

I did have a battery issue with one of the probes. Contacted customer service. They were prompt and are going to replace the defective probe. It was easy and a very satisfying contact with them. So, it's a good product and excellent customer service. I would recommend getting one of these.

Only negative I have is the rod is too thick. I think now they have some that are very thin.I really like how the holder charges them up, much easier than some of the battery powered ones, all you have to do is charge the holder

Great design makes the smoking process a lot easier

We had the previous version which had the probes and a metal wire this upgrade to wireless Bluetooth is phenomenal we haven't burned a steak yet we use them from everything from cooking on the grill to checking the temp while proofing our bread dough - highly recommend!

Bought the TP962 dual probe wireless. Worked well for 6 months. The black probe failed. The handle portion of the probe will unscrew from the probe, so I can only assume the seal was compromised, and the internal components were damaged from moisture. I used it on a Traeger pellets smoker. The max temp on the smoker is 425f. Not sure if I would buy again due to longevity. I also own a wired thermpro dual probe which I have had longer, but with no issues. Hopefully this gets worked out because they take the guesswork out of grilling or smoking.

I got these for my hubby for Christmas and he was so excited to use them. He smoked these using the two thermometors to ensure they work properly. He said the were cooked perfectly! I'd definately highly recommend and would buy again for gifts!

Easy to use. Love that it works so well with the phone. Made smoking meat easier for tracking temperature for two different cuts of meat.
