Recipe Instructions
1
Season the Brisket: Pat the beef brisket dry. Using your TempPro APG710-2 Electric One-Handed Salt & Pepper 2-pc Grinder Set, generously season the brisket with freshly ground salt and black peppercorns. Add the paprika and cumin powder. Drizzle a little cooking oil and use your hands to rub the spices evenly all over the meat.
2
Insert Probe and Wrap: Insert the wire-free probes of the TempPro TP972 Twin TempSpike Plus 600-ft Wireless Dual-Probe Meat Thermometer deeply into the thickest part of the seasoned brisket. Open the TempPro app on your phone and set your desired target alarm temperature. Carefully wrap the brisket securely in aluminum foil, leaving the ceramic end of the probes exposed.
3
Bake: Place the foil-wrapped brisket on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven until the TempPro app alarm sounds.
4
Prepare the Garnish: While the brisket is slowly baking in the oven, take this time to prepare your garnishes. Slice the onion into clean, even rings and wash the cherry tomatoes. Set them aside for plating.
5
Rest and Slice: Once the alarm goes off, remove the brisket from the oven. Carefully unwrap the foil and let the meat rest for a few minutes to lock in the juices. Slice the brisket against the grain into thick, juicy pieces.
6
Plate and Serve: Arrange the sliced brisket on a plate. Garnish with the freshly prepared onion rings, cherry tomatoes, and slices of white bread on the side. Generously drizzle the rich BBQ sauce over the meat. Serve with a refreshing glass of orange juice to balance the richness!
