- 2 lbs lamb chops
- 3 tbsp turkey seasoning
- 3 tbsp oil
- A handful of green beans

In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp turkey seasoning and 3 tbsp oil until well combined. Brush mixture over lamb chops and marinate for 30 minutes.

Insert the TP972 Twin TempSpike Plus probe and set temperature to 165°F (74°C).

Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add green beans and cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green. Immediately transfer to ice water to retain crispness, then drain and set aside.

Preheat oven to 320°F. Place marinated lamb chops on a baking sheet and roast on the middle rack.

Remove roasted lamb chops, let rest briefly, slice into portions, and plate alongside the green beans.
